I wanted to mention that both these books written by Steve Silverare excellent. The new book Foundations is a step by step process for " how to get started in the real estate business". It makes a lot of sense and it's easy to follow. Why make your own mistakes? Follow Steve's approach and you will do well in the business. You don't have to do everything, just pick and choose. Steve lays it all out in an easy to read format. I have read both books cover to cover and I have attended many of Steve's training sessions. This is a MUST for brand new agents, unfamiliar with sales and seasonable professionals who need a little boost.
