You are way ahead of me Margaret, I still have two large cross country appraisals to finish before Thanksgiving and you will have new homeowners ready for dinner in one of these lovely homes by then.

wow I didnt realized that for someone to move in before Thanksgiving they contract and mortgage applications need to be in by Oct 3
