In my previous post, I discussed the pros and cons of single property websites and listed some great discussions on the topic. Many of the virtual tour providers are starting to include individual webites for properties. Each of the services may include different features - some of these features will be offered for an additional price. Decide which ones are important to you then compare providers on that basis:
- Aerial view - usually provided by Google Maps, Mapquest, etc.
- Property photos - some let you upload a few photos - some are unlimited.
- School info - this may go to a national educational info site or allow you to put a link to the local school district website.
- Traffic info - will tell you how many times the property site has been accessed.
- Ability to upload video or links to video. Great if you have a video tour of the neighborhood.
- Lead tracking - if customers request more info the leads will usually be emailed to you or sent as a text message to your phone.
- Contact agent feature - by phone or text.
- Mobile content version - clients can view a version of the flyer on their phone.
- Custom domain name - www.123MainStreet.com
- Custom rider w/domain name
- Feeds to classifieds - # of feeds and sites vary.
- Image Posting - Important! Do they allow you to upload the images, or do you have to provide a link to another location where you image is hosted?
- Mortgage calculator
- Ability to upload documents like floor plans, disclosures & covenants.
- Open House feature - ability to add scheduled open houses.

- SinglePropertyWebsites.com- single site pricing starts at $45.00 but includes a custom domain name for the property.
- vFlyer.com - includes a mobile viewing of flyers. You can have up to 5 acive flyers for free!
- Postlets.com - offered for $5.00 as a premium postlet. A lot of options for the price.
- iPropertyWebsites - prices starting at $45.00 but a large array of features.
- ListingDomains.com - prices start at $60.00 but this includes a custom domain name and a sign rider. All in one place!
- PowerSites at AgencyLogic.com - like many of the vendors, offers a free pre-listing site creation you can use in your listing appointments.
- ClassifiedFlyerAds.com - one of the least expensive coming in at $5.99
- UrbanFeature.com - staring at $50.00 it includes a domain name.
- GoViewIt.com - interesting, this is a free piece of sofware for real estate companies that allows you to create your own single property websites. UrbanFeatures sample listing says it is powered by GoViewIt.com
