Price per square foot in August was $350. This is down from $393 in July and down from $419 in August of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 38 in August was down 9.5% from 42 in July but up 8.6% from 35 in August of 2014. New listings of 6 in August were way down from 12 in July but up considerably from 4 in August of 2014. Months of supply of 4.4 in August was down modestly from 5.4 in July and down somewhat from 6.1 in August of 2014. This is the lowest months of supply has been since January, 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 51 in August was down considerably from 64 in July and down substantially from 123 in August of 2014.
