Hi Neal, Is that a typo? It says 2007 Report and then gives Property Sales for Jan 2008-through-April 2008. Just wondering? The information for Weston certainly sounds typical of markets today. But at least with 96 avaialble and 13 more in escrow added to solds seems to be about a 1 in 3 total ratio. I think where we are in San Diego is much less. I haven't run the numbers as yet but suspect it is closer to a 1 in 4 ratio
Thanks for pointing it out and yes it was a typo on my part...but now it is fixed...I was typing without my reading glasses. I don't like wearing them so I resisted it. I hit the 7 instead of the 8.
