I like to take a few moments each day to explore the Internet, whether it's You Tube, a few favorite Facebook pages or just random searching of whatever comes to mind, to find something that inspires me and gives my spirit a lift.  We all need to give our mind a break from the day's "busy-ness," even if for just 5 minutes.  

I started a travel list recently that consists of all the places I intend to travel and what season of the year. It helps me to remain focused on the reasons I'm willing to work long and hard to achieve my goals. One of the top destinations on my list is Scotland, particularly northern Scotland but hope to see much more of the country by taking a tour of megalithic stone sites.  

The following video was recorded in Northern Scotland in 2014.  It's less than 3 minutes long and was this morning's break for inspiration.  I hope you enjoy it is a much as I did.  It reminded me of the popular Christmas light themes that are posted online each year with spectacular light displays set to music.
