I didn't even watch it.  I cook my fish and love it.  No sushi for this redneck.

Too many steps and too much ceremony for me!  Just dig in and eat.  It's great!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE most sushi.  Did I tell you that I love sushi? It is really difficult to find a place that makes it great.  The first time I ate it, it was only because I was SO hungry  and I would have eaten almost anything.  Admittedly, the first time I ate it I was not very willing, but I did it. Well, I have grown to absolutely love it.  I do not eat the totally raw fish though.  I would eat sushi every day of the week if I could.  And that is saying alot, because I am italian and love italian food.  But sushi is the great, you just have to know what to order.  The first time you go, you really need to go with someone that can tell you what to order. The sushi rolls (wrapped in rice) are the best.  Just go with someone your first time or two and at least give it a try.

I love sushi too!  Tastes great, healthy, and a nice meal.  I've even rolled my own California Rolls & Spicy Tuna Rolls.

I just can't get passed the fact that I grew up being taught to COOK  your food! Let me order a good PIZZA and I'll be very happy. ;-)

Yummy!  One of the best meals available in a restaurant these days.  Years ago when I was in the military stationed in the Pacific (Guam), I learned to love sushi and sashimi and am so glad it is readily available now (and safe) in the US.

That was so cool and I am a sushi lover.  I just dive in but I know what is proper. Thank you

Very timely.  Last night I went to a sushi making contest in Philadelphia.  Not for pros.  My son-in-law entered.  He didn't win but we did get to eat the sushi after it was over.  When you get the hang of it (which I did 40 years ago) chopsticks are easier to use than a fork.

Cool video.

I love sushi!  Totally!  And my sweetie brought me to an amazing sushi place in New York where I horrified the chef by putting too much wasabi into the soy sauce.  Having watched this video first would have saved me and my date the embarrassment of having the sushi master intervene!

Good video and blog.  I know how to eat sushi should I ever eat it, but not like it should be eaten.

I love sushi and I am pleased to note that my mentor taught me well.  Over the years, I have learned to appreciate sashimi and frequently stop by my favorite lunch spot.  thanks!

I needed this education long before now.  It's good to know that I didn't do everything wrong though.  I love sushi too.

I've tried it but can't quite say I'm crazy about it.  There's just something about the thought of eating bait that I have a hard time with. :)  Now, sweet and sour chicken... I'm all over. LOL

I love sushi too...except tuna...I can only eat a bit of tuna. I used to make my own sushi rolls. It was great and friends loved stopping in when I told them I'd be making them...they'd bring the drinks!

Thanks for posting this videa it was quite cool to watch and now I'm hungry for sushi!

And this was the most popular video?  Seriously, I probably have sushi chefs around the world mad at me... now I know why.

I eat sushi all the time- here around the Puget Sound it is easy to find good restaurants, isn't it :) BUt I have always eaten my sushi with my sticks, never my fingers. I wonder why I wasn't taught that.

Let me know if you need to know where to get good sushi if you are in Oly-town :)

Nice video. I love sushi - and eat it at least once a month. I learned something this evening though - that it is acceptable to certain pieces with one's hands. Thanks for sharing!
