Jessie, thank you for dropping by. I have walked through several of their homes. I am excited to see them expand into Harrison County. Their concept is good for uncertain economic times.  ...A new, sharp, basic 3bed/2bath. This concept is a great way to start; if a person thinks they can live without Tray ceilings, master beds with living areas, dual vanities, triple crown molding, granite counter tops, one instead of multiple family rooms...For those who can admit that its time to be sensible, Bay Homes is an option I would recommend.

I first met the CEO when the dream was: "I'm going to do this..., then we lost touch. Then the other day when I was previewing homes in an upper class area, one of the directors met me and asked if I thought I could sell homes under $100K? Ironically, I had been praying about that. I love the gorgeous homes I represent, but they do take longer to close (my experience anyway). Through research I am able to track the direction of the masses. Armed with research and the financial instability of the US right now, "Back to Basics" certainly makes sense for the majority. Back to basics doesn't mean a poverty stricken look, or substandard. They will be working with several financial concepts such as Lease purchase that will help many folks whose credit rating took a beating after Katrina.
