Videos of our listings are an important marketing tool to be shown on as many available social media sites as possible to reach buyers in our market place. Our office started showing videos of new listings at our sales meetings and I love viewing available properties from agents in my office!
Another benefit is we are exposed to others creative juices...which is a great way to share ideas and think outside the box!
