Lemon Poached Whitefish, New Hampshire and Vermont Fishing!

2 T of butter

2 lbs. of whitefish fillets

2 large fresh lemons

A dash of pepper

A dash of dried mint

A dash of parsley

1/4 cup gry white wine

 

Melt the butter in a shallow baking dish. Place the whitefish on the butter. Squeeze the lemons ovre the fillets.

Now add the 1/4 cup of wine. Cover the dish with some foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Hi Dale,

 Do you come up with all these fish recipes on your own?  The walleye turned out great.

Hey I am trying to enter your HI marketing group, but so far have gotten no replies. Are you doing a full scale (get it?.. full scale) investigation on me?
