Ben......when I was a kid we played in the back yard or we went around the corner where the street dead ended.  No playing ont he street as the street was for cars.  Fast forward many decades later the kids are sent out to the streets.  go figure!

I guess if you don't like your kids, it makes sense to have them play in the street.
