I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in July 2015.

I looked for residential listings sold.

There were 29 homes that settled in July 2015.

The highest sale price was $ 420,000 and lowest sale price was $90,000

The average original list price was $256,917

The average last list price was $251,548

The average sale price was $242,628.

The homes were on the market for an average of 47 days.
