There were only two closings in Webster for week ending 9/11/15.=doen from five the week before.
The average sale was $245,000 which is up 11.55%.
The average sale for the year increased by $100 and is remaining steady.
Totals over last year is running 16.2% ahead as well.
There were sixteen new listings and fourteen are below the average sale price.
As there is about four to six weeks before the snowy season there is still time for Webster, New York to list and sell your home.
