BOSA Development is raising the luxury high rise bar again in San Diego. Slated by BOSA to be the most luxurious high rise condo ever built in San Diego with very high standards. Registration is now open if you want to be placed on the early registration Pacific Gate list. Purchase contracts are projected by BOSA to begin in November, 2015.
Pacific Gate is expected to be completed in 2017 per BOSA. Pacific Gate will be located on the lot south of Pacific Highway and Broadway in Downtown San Diego's Columbia District which is near the San Diego Bay waterfront.
While we currently know the building is expected to rise 41 floors, we only know at this time regardless of what you read elsewhere that the number of residences will be approximately 217. BOSA will soon officially announce the actual building statistics including number of floors, number of residences and the type of floor plans.
