Hi Kevin,  Can you tell me how many leads you have now been able to convert to contracts?  Since you have had the service for awhile I am curious to learn more!  Thank you..Ginger

Hi Ginger,

I can't speak for Kevin, but it might be too soon for him to have converted any leads yet.  I've had some clients sell a home in their first month, or even their first week.  However that is the exception to the rule.  Typically you should expect several months for your first transaction depending on where your buyers are coming from, whether they have to sell their existing home before they can buy in your area, and whether there are children or job factors that are in play.
