Everyday I come across real estate transactions where everyone wants to point fingers when issues arise. The lender blaming the buyer, the buyers agent blaming the lender, the listing agent blaming the appraiser. Most deals have some kind of issues that pops up and as professionals we need to deal with the cards we are dealt, stop finding fault and find a remedy!
