Want to know how you're losing money by not using Real Estate Success Rocks? And, by the way - what IS Real Estate Success Rocks? Let me back up and tell you how I got here in Bellevue, Washington for a couple of days of a great real estate conference with a bunch of heavy hitters from around our great country.
The legendary Leigh Brown and I both work in the Charlotte, North Carolina real estate market. When I heard her say "If you are going to any real estate conference this year, it better be Patrick Lilly's RE Success Rocks." I love Leigh and she's highly successful with a huge presence in my market. So, here I am, having just enjoyed the weekend listening to great speakers like:

Dr. Fred Grosse
Ashton Gustafson
Joseph Brazen
James Nellis
Hal Elrod
Plus there were lots of great Breakout Sessions with excellent information from presenters that included Rob Levy on Facebook marketing, Mark Stepp on Realvolve software, and Brad Korn on how to automate your database.
But for me, the greatest awakening was from presenter Roberta Ross, aka the Six Figure Real Estate Coach.
Roberta is a joy to listen to. Compelling, smart, provocative. But her simple approach to grasping how to take your business to the next level was eye-opening, as only a great coach can do. For me, it broke down to these principles.
1- Embrace what you already have. Be grateful for it, and start there.
2- Focus on what you really want. Then go after it.
3- Then, and only then, you duplicate what is working for you.
Plus, I liked her because, after answering a trivia question about the TV series "24", I won her CD interview with one of the show's stars, Glenn Morshower.
So, thanks to Patrick Lilly of New York City for putting on this conference. And when I told him I was here because Leigh Brown told me to come, he confided that he, too, did whatever Leigh said.
