We now have a direct connect to BEAR STERNS REO product. Bear Sterns is now in the process of liquidating their NPNs & REO product before Chase takes over.

NO more proofing up to someone you don't know. You proof up to your own Title Agent. Once you have proofed to your own title agency then your title agency will release your proof to the title agency that will be handling these portfolios for Bear Sterns. Once Bear Sterns has your proof you will then be put into direct contact with the Banks asset manager. They will supply you with the tape, you do your due dilligence and then close. It really does NOT get any easier than this. We only have in all reality about another year to enjoy these wonderful investment opportunities....
