Not the newest building nor the most glamorous, but if you want 'the view', this is the place for you.
2. The Weslie
If you saw the movie 'Charlie Wilson's War', then you might recognize the view in some of the scenes because they were shot from The Weslie where Charlie owned a condo. Dramatic views from the 18' floor-to-ceiling windows.
3. The Waterview
This award winning building by renown architect, I. M. Pei, sits at the foot of Key Bridge. Although few of the units have views of the monuments, all the residents can enjoy breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace.
4. Odyssey
Sitting on Courthouse Hill, even the lower floor units on the eastern side have incredible views. All the residents can enjoy panoramic 270 degree from the rooftop terrace spanning from Tysons Corner to the National Cathedral to the DC monuments to the Masonic Temple in Old Town.

5. Memorial Overlook
Adjacent to Fort Myer and the Iwo Jima Memorial, this condo building offers privacy and fantastic views on the upper floors.
6. Clarendon1021
Units on the eastern side on the upper floors enjoy fantastic views and all enjoy the views from the rooftop pool and grilling area.
7. The Representative
Located on the hill top known as Arlington Ridge, this fortress like building has dramatic views of the DC skyline.
8. Virginia Square
Rising high above the surrounding buildings, Virginia Square condo offers panoramic views from the upper floors.
9. Liberty Center
A little bit further back than other buildings on this list, Liberty Center doesn't disappoint.
10. River Place
Although technically not a condo (it's a cooperative), you can't argue about the views from this well known complex in Rosslyn.
