Finding peace means going through changes and accepting things for what they are. Autumn is a great time for reflection. I found my peace at Glacier National Park. They say moving is one of the top 10 stressors in life. A Real Estate Agent is on other people's journey every single day of their career. People move for many different reasons. We the people who are on this journey experience the joy, sadness, compassion, excitement, frustration, grief, pain, relief and even fear of the unknown.

Experience teaches us that challenges make us stronger. The landscape in Real Estate is always changing. It is best to get a strong agent who understands needs and someone who can be honest and respectful. This is a two-way street and feelings are mutual. We don't always get what we want but agents try hard, many make sacrifices, putting other people's needs above their own, because it is their job. It's a job of passion. The road to success is often paved with good intentions and obstacles that can't be avoided. Getting to the finish line is what always is a Realtor's goal.

On October 3, 2015 the new rules, "sharing of closing information and documents with anyone other the principals to the transaction is going to require specific written permission." The TRID Regulations are more complex and having the right representation is critical for buyers and sellers. A trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated Real Estate Agent should be able to facilitate a transaction skillfully and successfully.

Patricia, gorgeous shots.  The one valley puts me in mind of Yosemite.  Your posts have had a very "from the heart" quality of late.  Some life change seems to have impacted you lately.  Mark
