September was another busy month for the COLES CROSSING market, and buyers continue to look as we approach fall! TEN homes SOLD in September and ranged in price from $225,000 up to $464,600!
Average price/Sq. Ft. equaled $106/Sq. ft. and the average number of days on the market before receiving an agreed-upon offer was 26.
Buyers utilized a variety of financing means as there were 6 conventional purchasers, 1 FHA, 1 VA, and 1 Cash purchaser. Interest rates remain incredibly low, and I am curious how much longer this will last.
