This is a market report for existing detached homes in Ijamsville, Md. 21754.  At the time of this report (10/1/2015) there are 33 such homes on the market FOR SALE, another 7 under contract, and 8 that has sold in the last 30 days. Thus the absorption rate (24/7) shows a 4.125 month inventory, which is considered to be a normal market.
