Overall, For the third quarter, the average sold price per foot was $189.06 the median sold price per foot was $186.52, the average days on market was 94 and listings sold for 98% of list. The average price per foot increased just over 4% year over year and he median just over 3% for the same quarter.

Seasonally, a drop in numbers is expected.  Historically, we can expect a slight increase in the next month and then a slowdown approaching the holidays.
