As I see it . . . . . . .
An exceptional leader will . . . .
Exceptional leaders are doers . . . . You will see them leading from the front . . . . and taking personal responsibility for their actions to achieve a successful outcome.
There’s leadership may be formal by title . . . . Or in many cases it’s informal . . . . and they lead by example. The leader that leads by example will inspire . . . . and will attract far more followers then a leader who tries merely to lead by title only.
Leaders that are doers . . . . They become exceptional leaders by their actions . . . . and command respect by their example.
Exceptional leaders inspire the best in the people around them.
They will encourage people to step out of the status quo . . . . to spread your wings . . . . and soar. Also they will expect more from the people around them. In that expectation the people around them will respond . . . . and grow as a person.
You will know when you’re in the presents of an exceptional leader . . . . because they are inspiring the people around them through their actions and deeds.
An exceptional leader will . . . . earn that title by leading by example. Developing and inspiring the people around them.
