You may have noticed we used the term "courtyard home".  What's the difference from a patio home?  Usually not much and usually it's just a different term used by builders.  However in this case, just like a typical patio home, lawn mowing, snow and leaf removal are taken care of but owners in The Villas At Park Place don't have to take care of the exterior of their homes either!  Your HOA fee covers any eventual exterior painting, siding replacement or roof repairs.  AND they're not done there, because they also take care of trash, recycling, sewer and water, and include a homeowner's insurance policy.  That's a pretty sweet bonus and really makes these courtyard homes turnkey.  Perfect if your preferent is heading south for the cold months.

The Villas At Park Place includes a pool and clubhouse (and also some ponds with fountains.  Homes are ranch style (no basements), with the option of adding a guest suite on a 2nd floor.  The main plans for these homes are all 2 bedroom, with open floorplans and nice finishing touches.  Four floor plans are available.  

We strongly recommend hiring a buyers agent (like us!!) to represent you during the new construction negotiations.  Our service fee is already built into the community overhead, and the builder doesn't offer you a "better deal" for coming unrepresented.
