Loved this, especially the last one--I was reading the FSBO section of the paper yesterday and said I couldn't imagine why a person would elect to be a FSBO in the current market. Guess I need to get out my trusted FSBO campaign and start working it. Ugh, I hate working FSBO'S but you have to admit it IS a good time to do that.

Cold calling Realtors... oh snap!!!

Please tell me where FSBO's are cold calling Realtors :) I'm not having a lot of luck in my area.

I had an agent yesterday email me for feedback....BEFORE I even showed the home. I'm guessing he/she was bored!!

Patrick, Your list of 10 is a good one and it brought a smile to my face. We are seeing agents leave the business in my market and many agents who have not been good planners through the years seem to be having real problems. The agents in our market who are well known for doing a good job for their clients are doing very well and in many case are gaining market share especially since the market has adjusted.

Very good post - maybe you should post it on AR humor forum too...

I love the list. The only one that I have to say I would take out is number 8 :P. At least for me anyways, I always answer my phone calls. Hope everything is going okay for you. CA is looking the same way right now.

I love this.. We should see more of #2 in a few months.. it always takes them awhile to figure out the good times are gone and they have to work to make money.

Hi Patrick - that was very funny -- I could also add that you see get to see the listing agent PRIOR to the closing!

Patrick - I really enjoyed this. We used to joke about how the size of the real estate classifieds section was a good indicator of what was happening in the market. Now it's the number of lead generating companies that call you every month.
