Why are days on market important to a Seller? Several reasons come to mind. The shorter the time between Active and Under Contract, the less wear and tear on the property (and the Seller if they still live there). Our pricing strategy has been fine tuned to the point that 100% of our listings since June 2011, both Traditional and Short Sale, have SOLD, averaging 19 days between Active and Contract for Traditional Sales, and 32 Days between Active and Contract for Short Sales. As you can see, this is significantly shorter than the market average!
