West Seattle Condo update - March 2008

The West Seattle area of Seattle (Alki, Alaska Junction, White Center, Admiral, Fauntlero, High Point) has exhibited the most buoyant condo sales activity in the city. Last month's 4.1% increase in median price to $300,950 reversed a three month year-over-year decline. It also reflected the third consecutive month-over-month increase in condo values.

With 109 active listings in March, West Seattle's absorption rate stands at 4.7 months.
