92 Active Canton single family homes were for sale in March 2008.  The average list price was $59,514.

46 homes in Canton City had pending offers in March. 

47 homes sold.  Average list price was $40,805.  Average sold price was $37,101  Average Market Time was 83 days.  % of list price was 90.92.
