These 37 homes were priced from a low of $198,000 to a high of $345,000. Home prices continue to rise, with a median price of $290,000 and an average price of $282,918. Market performance was excellent, with an average days to get an offer of 9 and average days on the market of 41. And these 37 homes sold for an average of 102.8% of list price, indicative of a strong seller's market and high buyer demand.

Only one home for sale in Brown Farm does show a real lack of inventory.  I bet it won't get better until spring.  Must be a desirable neighborhood.
