Going the Extra Mile
When walking a customer through the loan process, do you consider it working on a file, or building a relationship?
That's the difference between transactional business and creating a customer for life. When you go the extra mile and take the time to develop a special connection, you stop "handling their loan" and start truly making a difference in their life.
The REAL American Dream
Financial expert Dave Ramsey teaches debt-free living in seven steps. His principles are a large part of our culture, and a big reason that we're blessed with repeat business and referrals. Instead of getting someone money to buy a house, we focus on helping people create and maintain happy homes. As we get to know our customers, we ask which of Dave's "Seven Baby Steps" they're on and work with them to reach the next one, with the ultimate goal being owning their home debt-free.
"Churchill is the only mortgage company I've ever endorsed because they're the only one I'm aware of that applies what I teach to your unique situation." - Dave Ramsey
Parting Perkspective
The customer you're currently working with will probably refinance the home they're buying now, or purchase a new one. If you show them that you care about them and put their needs above all else, the chance that they remember you next time will increase dramatically, and you just might end up with a customer for life.
Make it a productive day!
