• We’re located on Paris Avenue in Port Royal working with buyers and sellers in Beaufort and Port Royal and all of the surrounding areas including Lady’s Island, St. Helena, Fripp and Harbor Islands, Bluffton to the south and Ridgeland and Hardeeville to the west.

• We don’t specialize in any area or price point but instead work with all people from starter homes to million dollar retirement homes.

• We work with people to buy land, tidal creek, deep water and beach front as well as interior lots and acreage to build their own custom home.

• We work with sellers to determine a list price that with get their home shown and generate offers. We work with buyers to determine a price to offer that will reflect current market value. We help each negotiate to reach a fair and reasonable price that reflects today’s market value.

• We work with sellers to improve what conditions they can that make sense without wasting money and eliminating potential buyers. We work with buyers to become aware of what conditions exist and what remedies are needed. We work with buyers and seller to through inspections to negotiate repairs needed to close and reflect the price agreed for the sale.

• Exposure is where we truly excel. Great pictures and remarks as well as visual tours are the start to marketing the home. I love photography and writing making marketing homes more of an art than a job. Once the story is told through pictures and text, we expose the home to all local agents and all major web search engines making your home easy to find and explore.
