Buyer's Are You Frustrated With The Banks Not Accepting Your Offers?

Your not alone, I am a full time agent writing many offers. Offers that are agreeing with everything the bank wants and offering higher than asking price. None of them are getting accepted. I have come to the conclusion that the banks lowered the price perfectly. Why because it got me to show my clients and write an offer , as well as forty other people, than it sent a multiple counter disclosure for highest and best offer. That's were the war began and where the banks screwed up. I am tired of it, if that is not what the bank is going to accept, than they should not list at that price. When I said perfectly, I hope you know I am being sarcastic. Thanks for listening.
