The SECOND SATURDAY of every month is ART GALLERY NIGHT in NORTHEAST LOS ANGELES. Galleries, artist studios, businesses, shops and restaurants open their doors as the streets fill with shoppers, diners, patrons and interested pedestrians.

Bob Taylor Properties is proud to celebrate NELA's thriving art community by hosting a one-night, once-a-month ART and MUSIC EVENT at our office, displaying work by some of our neighborhood's most talented and creative artists.

Our October exhibit offers a bold and unusual experience of Dia de los Muertos. Our artists Robert Markey, Sergio Vasquez, Jose Luis Lopes, Anne Marie Price and Rafael Matias have created an alternative and passionate vision of life and death and love.

And we have wearable art as well: Designer Marilynn Pardee will present beautiful and unique hand painted clothing. Lilian Mercado will show whimsical handmade jewelry. The event is curated and organized by internationally recognized multicultural artist, Rafael Matias.

In addition we are pleased to present great live music out on the sidewalk. The Carlos Guitarlos Trio delivers Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Americana and Rockin' Roots brought forth from a lifetime of experience and hard living.
