Is Your Pinterest the Ultimate Scrapbook?

“Home” is the most searched word on Pinterest.

Because of that, real estate professionals (and anyone else involved in the homeownership industry) have a unique advantage when it comes to pinning. The fact is, people out there are actively searching for what you’re selling. That, my friends, is every seller’s dream.

If you were pinspired by my last blog regarding Pinterest (and if you haven’t checked out those board ideas yet, click here), then consider this a follow-up.
Here are three more ways to get pinspired:

Don’t go at it blindly. We know “home” is the most searched word. How can we best tap into that? Use apps like Viraltag (it’s good enough for the Discovery Channel!) or Tailwind, which help you manage image-based social media by tracking trends.

Create a private board exclusively for your clients. Invite them to pin all of their dream home features prior to meeting. Not only is this a great conversation-starter, but it will give you the head start you need to deliver on those dreams!

Make Pinterest your ultimate scrapbook.
No matter what you decide to pin, it’s important to be authentic. Think of Pinterest as a virtual scrapbook where you can share your passions and experiences. An easy task for successful agents – most ARE passionate about real estate!

I’d be remiss if I didn’t include some pinnable resources:

Happy pinning!
