While preparing for the unveiling of MY SECRET, I came across an email from my Broker-in-Charge (BIC). She was sharing with me an exchange of emails between herself and one of my clients. From personal experience, clients contact the BIC mainly to complain about the activities of their agents. I can admit when I'm wrong.
