Should you buy an investment property is the question I am tackling today?

When you are considering buying real estate because maybe your friend or neighbor said it was a good idea and you are not quite sure if it's a good idea or where to even start looking for an investment property sometimes looking at home is the best place to start.

Often times people will make an investment sort of purchase and not sure what they actually are getting there selves into.

Investing in Real Estate can be a financial burden or it can be a financial freedom and quite possibly something in between.

Keep an eye out for more investing tips coming your way soon!

Thanks Chuck for your tip. That was one of the reasons I got into Real Estate.  Definately important to look at all the financing alternatives. You picked a good one.
