Do Your Google+ Posts Share to Public or Private?

Today as I was updating my links and looking at all my social media icons on my Activerain blog, I clicked on all the links to make sure they work. As I believe this is a good idea to do periodically I clicked on all the icons. When I got to my Google+ site, I was horrified to see that most of the recent posts were shared PRIVATE and not PUBLIC. So I then realized I had forgotten to change the settings before posting.

I thought I would share this info with you so you can make sure your posts go PUBLICLY on GOOGLE+. Here it is all fixed and posted on Public as well as shared to my Friends.

I have posted hundreds of posts on my blog and all over social media sites but sometimes we just forget a step or two so it is always good to check your links and sites periodically. I had totally forgotten that one step to include the public and of course we want them to see our well thought out articles and photos.

I read recently that Google+ is the best site to share your Activerain posts so if you are not doing it, get busy and set up your Google+ account from your Gmail email account and see how many friends you can get in just a few weeks. Google+ Rocks!
