Have you seen the rotten neighbor site (rottenneighbor - dot - com)? I check this site periodically to try and figure out why a homeowner would use it. I can only conclude that the complaints must come from renters. Why would a homeowner possibly devalue their home or neighborhood by reporting a rotten neighbor? Am I wrong in this thinking?
Have you checked out your neighborhood? I was fascinated as I looked around and read some of the complaints...
Interesting stuff - check it out and let me know if you have a different perspective on it.

I almost ashamed to say that I have checked out "rotten neighbor." I did find one comment from someone about three miles from where I live that I can't repeat in this forum. It was quite shocking!
