Some yo-yo in New Castle, Colorado, called yesterday to ask if am taking listings in Sacramento. I asked him if this was a telemarketing call, and he said no, he just wanted to know if I was available to take listings. I told him that a weird question and asked what he wanted. He still wouldn't answer me, and when I said any real estate agent who is in the real estate business is taking listings, so what did he want? He fumbled and stammered and then dropped his phone in the toilet.
They really outta train these guys better.
Tomorrow a beautiful luxury condo in West Sacramento will be released to MLS and available for showing at Riva on the River. It's exciting for me personally to see the condos in this complex climb out of underwater status and no longer be subject to short sales in order to sell them. The values are climbing again. The market is brisk and lively.
