This is a thorough list. I've bookmarked it for reference. I can't seem to access the Google Keyword Planner anymore without purchasing an ad. I’ve searched online and it seems others are having the same issue.

You do have to purchase an ad. Cancel it. Bookmark the tool and go back and use it. For me, it's worth it. There are other keyword tools as well.
