Phones Starting to Ring

I believe that the buyers have finally realize that this is a great time to buy. There are a lot of sign calls out there. So I think the buyers woke up and smelled the coffee and now are activing looking to purchase home. We all should be ready for this.

Just curious - the buyers that are calling you, are they local, out-of-state, foreign, first time, or other?

Good post...especially in your neck of the woods, buyers should be coming out of the woodwork soon!

There are more and more good signs happening everyday. I wish some great sales for you.

They are mostly local people driving around looking at yard signs. Have a lot of agents saying they are getting more people at open houses.

The first 10 weeks were very slow for me but has picked up since (especially the past 10 days.) Tiffany, most of my buyers have been foreigners

You are right! I am getting calls everyday (it's just getting them approved) and emails. The summer months is when activity gets a little better anyway. Have a great day.

Welcome! I think there has been an upswing in many parts of the Nation-Spring Rush will happen in any market-I believe, and the ones that are prepared will reap the rewards!

I've noticed an increase in traffic as well, especially from first-time buyers. Homes that were once unattainable are now in their price range. Let's hope it continues!

I'm not a realtor, however, I have noticed in our community that there are more "SOLD" signs sprouting up on properties that have been on the market for awhile. Hope that is a sign of more good things to come!
