My buyer is very happy to call this house home in Sheridan. It sits on .25 acres and everything inside and out has been updated.

My buyer was lucky enough to settle on this property for only $219,000 and the seller paid $4,000 of my buyers’ closing cost.

He obtained the HUD Section 184 loan designated for Native American Indians. This is a great loan which offers less down payment and mower mortgage insurance. It is so nice to see a loan specifically designed for our Native friends.

My buyer is excited to start working on the .25 acres of land to turn this into his own private oasis.
