Look at the chart it is astounding.  We can see in the chart that we have a huge increase in the amount that tenants or renters pay in rent. 

The  media is reporting that the market place is shifting to a more rental society, really.  Yes we here that individuals do not want the responsibility of the care and up keep of a home.

Most consumers if they have the facts would choose to purchase when they can purchase a property at a lower monthly cost when compared to renting a property.  There is a great benefit to the individual.   There are specular programs for first time buyers with little to no down payment.

If the reports are correct then we should rush out and buy as many investment properties as possible.  A condo to multiple unite buildings.  Either way now is a time to own.
