What a question to ponder!  Last week Jon Miller of United Country-Marshland Realty posted his two cents worth on expireds and offered to send to any who asked, his really great marketing material.  I asked.  Yesterday I received.  Now, why would he do that?  Send anyone out here, his marketing material?  We may be located in his area and we would now have his "sectrets", although, maybe not all of them.  And I started thinking.  It just so happens I am not in his area, therefore no threat at all, but say someone calls to have me list their home bacause they are moving out of the state and going to his area.  Would I recommend him?  You Betcha!  I will remember him for his kindess to me and he stood out from other agents.  That is just one of many ways he is repaid.  The old saying You reap what you Sow and What goes around comes around is really true.  It is better to give than to recieve.  So Jon Miller, get ready to receive...it may not be from me, but you will receive.  Thank you!
