A client couple that bought a home several years ago, arrived in my office unannounced. They were distraught over a recent turn of events. They purchased a reverse mortgage and the new company who services the loan set in motion the foreclosure process.
The person who called them was extremely rude by their account, demanding a form to be picked up, by hand, at their residence more than 1200 miles away, filled out and originals sent back immediately. They were unable to do as requested in the time frame. Their calls were not returned after that, they were unsure what to do next.
I contacted the original lender, asking for help and turned them over to the officer. Within 3 days, I received a phone call thanking me for helping to set everything straight. When clients are in need, being available to help remedy or refer issues speaks of a most sincere commitment.
