In 2015 I have closed just under $10M in Probate Homes sales and have another $7M+ in escrow, offers on the tables and flip listings plus estate home listings who did not want to sell wholesale coming on the retail MLS market in Oct/Nov.
My Point is NONE of this production was from working the MLS but from working off and understanding there is a much better market then regular sellers, expired listings (?), REO's, short sales, trustee sales out there of sellers who will be selling the probate estate home within the 7 month period of the normal probate process or soon after the probate is complete and are in need of a probate professional. I ask you how much of this business are you generating in your area?
I will be touching on many topics within the probate niche so I hope you can listen and maybe I can spark interest in your adding another revenue source either as an agent or investor.
