Sometime a particular address will have significant value. If the address is not on MLS, be sure to add it to the Offer.

The Trump Hotel in Toronto faces onto Adelaide Street, but it sides onto Bay Street. Since a Bay Street address is much preferred, it noted as 325 Bay Street.

It would have been easy to lose this address in the shuffle because the building was erected to face Adelaide.

So, here, the Bay Street loading dock is effectively the front door. I would choose the most valuable address, together with the correct legal description and place the secondary municipal address, should there be one, in Schedule C to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

You will want to ensure that you can use that “valuable” address going forward.
