I Didn't Know The Pipes Were Buried
In The Concrete
It wasn't a surprise, I expected to find plumbing, electrical, and communication lines in the original trench. We had a chance to discover these in an earlier project but what we found today was a surprise. The pipes were buried in the concrete, that was not expected.

Hi Tom, surprise surprise surprise! I first thought of Gomer Pyle when I read the title. It is what we find when there is a small problem, that turns out to be much more. Especially in details and problems.
Won't the concrete support them, and keep the pipes together?

HA! There are two well known communities here built by the same builder, Levitt, about 60 years ago where ALL of the pipes are buried in the concrete slab.
Tom, I am shaking my head and my mouth is hanging open in utter .... say WHAT!?
Good Tuesday morning Tom. It is not very often that I see pipes and electrical chases buried in concrete. I can see the price the job just one up.
