What’s the Neighborhood Like?
There are two phases of Arbor Greens. The original phase was developed by luxury home builders that include Tommy Waters, Barry Bullard, Arthur Rutenberg, and Jeffrey Wilde. All homes were custom built and a large variety of floor plans & styles are available in resale homes. The new phase of Arbor Greens is now under development by Robinshore. The homes for sale in Arbor Greens are going to range between 1,800 and 4,500 square feet. The Arbor Greens community has a community pool, clubhouse, and playground. All utilities are underground and there are street lights and community green space. Some sections in the community will have sidewalks.
